The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property s role involves monitoring premises, responding to incidents, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and operate advanced Video Management and Access Control systems.
• Effectively communicate critical information to team members, security personnel, and management with accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver courteous, respectful, and professional interactions with guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as operation of company-owned vehicles is required.
• Physically capable of performing extended foot patrols across various environments.
• Accurately prepare and submit digital reports, including shift activity logs, incident documentation, and maintenance requests.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory driving record (required to operate company-owned vehicle).
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• High level of integrity/strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• CCTV and access control experience.
