RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for an experienced window service technician in Ocala, Florida. This position involves removing, installing, and servicing residential and commercial windows and doors. With over 500 employees, RoMac is one of Central Florida’s leading building material suppliers. ResponsibilitiesGENERAL
SUMMARY:
Responsible for multiple tasks involving the take down of old windows/or equipment and installation and service of new windows.
- Experience changing out windows preferred
- Math and measurement skills
- Ability to operate power tools
- Able to work with a team
- Able to evaluate and diagnose window, sliding glass door, and garage screen door issues and make repairs
- Able to install, repair, and replace windows and door glass
- Valid driver s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Repetitive standing, lifting, reaching, bending, climbing, & kneeling
- Ability to lift 60 or more pounds
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Glass installation or Window install: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver s License (Required)
