As the Full‑time Concrete Polishing Crew Leader, you will guide your crew in completing quality work, manage all aspects of the job from start to finish, and work alongside your team. Your responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Communicating with the team and leading them through every phase of the project.
• Reading plans and guiding crew work to align with specifications.
• Addressing and resolving problems that arise on the job.
• Managing vital administrative tasks and maintaining accurate job records.

• Mastery of polished concrete skills with proven leadership experience.
• Experience working in the field and inspiring a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Valid driver's license.
