This position offers a pay range of $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr, based on skills and experience. The role requires either an EPA certification OR HVAC certification.

Assist the Supervisor with building maintenance, maintain positive relations with residents and staff, and perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks as detailed in the job description.
Qualifications:- Apartment Maintenance experience
- EPA or HVAC Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and own tools
- Flexible schedule including weekends, 9am – 6pm
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- Electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs
- Roofing, window and door repairs
- General carpentry and maintenance tasks
- Resident concern resolution, professional communication, teamwork, decision-making
Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with on-call rotation.
Location:
Carlton Arms Ocala, FL.
Reports to:
Maintenance Supervisor, Executive Director.
FLSA Status:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt.
- Standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs., climbing, and operating equipment
