Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced concrete tradesman
, drilling rig operator
, or equipment operator to become an integral part of our FCG (foundation, conduit, and grounding) team. As a specialist in transmission and foundation work within the utility industry, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining equipment to construct foundations for high‑voltage substations, transmission lines, and related infrastructure.
- Operate and maintain equipment for construction of foundations for high‑voltage substations, transmission lines, and related infrastructure.
- Work in Florida, typically scheduled 5 days a week; flexibility for weekend and overnight work as required.
- May require out‑of‑town travel and coordination with utility clearances.
- Collaborate with existing crews in South Florida for at least 3 months to learn Power Serve work and safety methods.
- Experience as a concrete tradesman, drilling rig operator, or equipment operator.
- Good driving record and a valid Florida driver’s license.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Strong respect for all team members.
