Leak Detection Technician

This is a full-time, entry-level position offering a competitive salary between $50,000 to $75,000 based on sales performance, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, company vehicle, and comprehensive training.

Our Leak Technicians are personable, physically fit, and enjoy engaging with customers and their pools. No prior pool experience is needed as training is provided.

This role involves driving a company vehicle, requires a valid driver’s license, and may involve travel across Florida. Drug screening, background checks, and driving record checks are mandatory.

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred

• Mechanically inclined and familiar with power tools
• Strong communication skills
• Tech-savvy and able to work independently
• Organized and reliable

• Ability to swim and work underwater up to 12 feet
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform strenuous physical work
• Work in various environmental conditions and locations
