Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES Residential
, is looking for EXPERIENCED AC installers (All phases) for residential new construction work.
Only those with new construction experience will be considered.
Location Urgently Hiring: Ocala, FL

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC installation tasks including rough and trim work in residential new construction settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
- Install ductwork, vents, piping, and other components according to design and code specifications.
- Install HVAC units and related equipment ensuring proper functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with construction teams to coordinate installations and resolve issues.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on rough and trim work in residential new construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to HVAC installation.
- Clean driving record and ability to commute to various job sites as assigned.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
