Role Description

This full‑time Security Systems Installer role is an on‑site position located in Ocala, FL. The installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and more. Responsibilities include running and connecting wires, configuring equipment, ensuring system functionality, and providing excellent customer service by answering client inquiries and offering operational guidance on installed systems.

Qualifications
  • Experience with installing and maintaining security systems such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems, and access control
  • Technical proficiency in structured wiring, system configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to utilize and understand tools and equipment used in alarm and security system installation
  • Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Knowledge of industry standards and relevant safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
  • Ability to pass Florida Department of Law Enforcement background check and fingerprinting, as required
  • Physical ability to work on-site, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment safely
