Warehouse & Procurement Lead – Garden Works

Garden Works is a 32‑year‑old family‑owned business dedicated to delivering premium, USA‑made and globally sourced garden and home products. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a hands‑on leader to run our warehouse operations with precision, consistency, and care.

• Own day‑to‑day warehouse operations, maintaining an organized, clean, and safe facility.
• Manage receiving, storage, and fulfillment of inventory—including palletized shipments, imports/exports, and domestic deliveries.
• Operate a forklift and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
• Lead procurement tracking, replenishment, and vendor communication using our WMS.
• Coordinate logistics from factory to warehouse and warehouse to customers, ensuring on‑time, accurate shipments.
• Oversee glove embroidery and assist with product tagging, light assembly, and tool manufacturing.
• Ensure shipping documentation and vendor invoices are processed promptly and accurately.
• Step in to help pull and ship orders during peak times alongside the fulfillment team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with vendors, freight partners, and customer service to prevent bottlenecks and drive efficiency.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and basic procurement processes.
• Clear, proactive communicator with a team‑first mindset.
• Comfortable with hands‑on tasks, from embroidery to assembly.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

• Knowledge of import/export logistics or factory coordination.
