A​/R & Collection Manager

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented A/R & Collection Manager to join our team. As Credit Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the credit approval process, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You'll collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations to support business growth while safeguarding financial health.

• Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients
• Review financial statements, credit reports, and loan documentation
• Set and monitor credit limits and payment terms
• Develop and enforce company credit policies
• Oversee collections and manage delinquent accounts
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations
• Prepare credit risk reports for senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit management, preferably in equipment financing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of commercial lending regulations
