Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT‑owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing Berlin, Maryland team. If you value 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture

- Up to $5,000 Sign‑On + Up to $7,500 Retention Bonus (Full‑Time)
- 1:1 treatment sessions — no double‑booking
- PT‑owned practice with direct access to leadership
- Paid mentorship + fully funded certifications
