Position HOTEL WORKER

Laundry: duties include washing, drying and folding clothes and linens. Responsible for washing towels and sheets, as well as the personal items of guests.

Job Description: Positions are assigned based on business needs and include various roles:

Host/Hostess:
Manage dining sections, seat guests, estimate wait times, handle reservations and calls, assist wait staff, clean restrooms, and perform other duties.

Server:
Know menu and specials, take and relay orders, serve food, monitor customer satisfaction, handle payments, clean tables, stock stations, assist hosts, check IDs, maintain grooming standards, and follow safety protocols.

Barback:
Stock and prepare the bar, clean spills, organize counters, coordinate with staff, handle emergencies, and complete assigned tasks.

Food Runner/Busser:
Assist servers, greet guests, deliver food, refill beverages, clear and reset tables, clean floors and restrooms, respond to guest requests, and support restaurant operations.

Kitchen Workers:
Rotate through prep, cooking, cleaning, and dishwashing duties; follow chef instructions; maintain kitchen cleanliness; manage deliveries; and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Dishwasher:
Clean dishes and kitchen areas, handle chemicals safely, manage trash, assist with food prep, and set up dining areas.

Bell Hop:
Assist guests with luggage, maintain guest services, clean public areas, greet guests, and perform assigned tasks.

Front Desk:
Welcome guests, handle check‑in/out, manage reservations, process payments, answer calls, address complaints, maintain office cleanliness, communicate guest needs, and use hotel software.

Retail Clerk/Barista:
Provide customer service, handle transactions, prepare coffee and merchandise, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and resolve customer inquiries.

Room Attendant:
Clean rooms and public areas, handle laundry, restock supplies, inspect rooms, respond to guest requests, maintain equipment, and report maintenance issues.

Pool Attendant:
Ensure guest safety, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, keep facilities clean, participate in training, and work attentively.

Houseman:
Clean and maintain carpets, furniture, rooms, public areas; manage linen and trash; assist housekeepers; restock supplies; and support housekeeping operations.

Laundry Attendant:
Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold laundry; remove stains; perform minor sewing; maintain inventory; track equipment maintenance; keep facility clean; and assist customers.

All roles require flexibility, good communication, a positive attitude, and adherence to safety and company standards.
