Role DescriptionThis hybrid full‑time role, based in Ocean City, MD, allows for some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Realtor Sales Associate, Social Media Marketing Admin will combine real estate sales expertise with effective social media marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with real estate transactions, managing listings, and utilizing social media to promote properties and engage with prospective clients. The role also involves customer relationship management, negotiating deals, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the process.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property management
- Experience with Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong Negotiation skills and ability to represent clients in property transactions effectively
- Familiarity with effective social media marketing and content creation for real estate purposes
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Active real estate license in the state of Maryland
- Proficiency with digital tools and real estate management platforms is a plus
