UMC is currently seeking an RN Registered Nurse for The Shores, our Senior Care Community located in Ocean City, NJ within Cape May County.

The RN:
Registered Nurse will be responsible for rendering professional nursing care to residents, supporting medical care, and overseeing nursing assistants and other nursing personnel according to New Jersey Nursing Standards. Provides emotional support, communicates effectively with residents and staff, and participates in resident care planning and staff training.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Prior Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
