Our Sales Associates support local communities through the TCC Gives program. Programs include:

• 16 paid volunteer hours/year
• Grant request up to $10,000/quarter
• Quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive)

• Average salary $55‑65k per year

• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction focused on value to customers
• Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about products and services
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities
• Ambitious, self‑driven, motivated by retail sales milestone goals
• Balance customer experience and performance goals
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and participate/contribute equally

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full‑time availability, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations
• Frequent standing, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift 10 pounds as needed
• Travel approximately 10% as needed
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
