- Have hands‑on experience with CNC machining, welding, and assembly in a discrete manufacturing plant.
- Have launched new products and engineering changes for demanding OEM customers using tools like PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP.
- Use Lean and structured problem solving to drive measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Own the engineering function for a 200-person plant where your decisions show up on the floor right away.
- Join a family-owned manufacturer with more than 60 years in business and a strong base of top OEM customers.
- Enjoy a low cost of living in a small-town setting, about 75 minutes from a major city.
