Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
