Notre équipe de psychologues cliniciens mène des évaluations en personne avec les candidats potentiels. Avant de rencontrer un psychologue, ces candidats doivent passer une série de tests d’évaluation psychologique administrés par un professionnel formé.

• Administrer des tests psychométriques à de petits ou moyens groupes dans différents lieux de la ville.
• Préparer le matériel de test, fournir des instructions claires aux participants et surveiller le déroulement des examens.
• Assurer le respect des procédures et la confidentialité des données.
• Être ponctuel, organisé et capable de travailler de manière autonome.
• Les besoins varient selon la région, mais nous prévoyons en moyenne jusqu’à trois quarts de travail de huit heures par mois.

• Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (exigence obligatoire). L’anglais fonctionnel peut également être pris en considération.
• Diplôme universitaire en psychologie ou domaine connexe (atout).
• Expérience en administration ou surveillance d’examens de groupe (fortement souhaitée).
• Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule personnel.
• Disponibilité en semaine (lundi au vendredi).
• Admissibilité à l’habilitation de sécurité de fiabilité de SPAC (Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada).
• Aisance avec Excel (niveau intermédiaire ou avancé).

Calian is a trusted partner for employers across Canada who require psychological assessments for potential employees applying to high-risk roles or positions involving the use of firearms.

Our team of clinical psychologists conducts in-person assessments with potential candidates. Before meeting with a psychologist, candidates must first complete a series of psychological evaluation tests administered by a trained professional.

• Administer psychological tests to small or medium-sized groups at various locations across the city.
• Prepare testing materials, deliver clear instructions to participants, and monitor the testing process.
• Ensure procedures are followed and confidentiality is maintained.
• Be punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
• The number of shifts may vary depending on local demand, but we anticipa te up to three 8-hour shifts per month.

• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory). Functional English may also be considered.
• A university degree in psychology or a related field is considered an asset.
• Experience administering or supervising group exams is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Availability for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday).
• Must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance through PSPC (Public Services and Procurement Canada).
• Comfortable using Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
