OverviewThe Electronic Document Management specialist is responsible for preparing, scanning and quality checking of documents/images being converted to electronic/digital format, ensuring proper transfer and indexing of images.

- Monitors scan queues & indexes documents.
- Scans various member documents.
- Performs research and documentation for requesting parties.
- Provides copies of teller work, receipts, corporate checks, on‑us checks, signature cards and tax documentation to branches.
- Assists the Fraud Department in completing subpoenas within specified time frames.
- Gathers and provides documentation used for internal and external audits.
- Maintains scanning hardware.
- Prepares Excel reports for loans & new accounts received from the Core System to validate items received in OnBase.
- Validates document integrity.
- Monitors the EDM email box.
- Monitors incoming faxes and sends to correct department daily.
- Sorts department mail.
- Processes Bill Pay checks via Lock Box.
- Assists with any department/individual projects as assigned.
- Answers external/internal phone calls.
- Uploads Real Estate documents to OnBase, DMI and Bankers Advisory.
- Maintains knowledge of the department copiers and their abilities to enhance the scanning experience.
- Participates in OnBase training as scheduled by the EDM Manager.
- Serves as backup to the Electronic Document Management Clerk as needed.
Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
One year of experience in document processing software and/or electronic document management, storage, and/or scanning.
Hyland OnBase experience preferred.
Salary Range: $19.73/hr – $29.60/hr
