Job DescriptionClassic Showcase has an immediate opening for an Experienced Automotive Parts eBay Specialist. The role involves sourcing, photographing, listing, and managing inventory for vintage automotive parts, performing price comparisons, ensuring all eBay interactions are positive, and helping to grow the business through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Product Identification & Research:
Identify automotive parts within the Classic Showcase inventory and research product details to ensure accurate, authentic descriptions. - eBay Listing Creation:
Create clear, detailed, accurate product listings with high‑quality photos and compelling descriptions. - Inventory Management:
Maintain an organized inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, fulfillment, and quick dispatch. - Order Fulfillment:
Process orders timely, packing and shipping items according to eBay’s guidelines. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor eBay trends, pricing, and competitor listings; adjust pricing and marketing strategies as needed. - Sales & Marketing:
Implement strategies to increase visibility and sales, including keyword optimization, promotions, and use of eBay’s selling tools. - Quality Control:
Inspect parts to ensure they are in good condition before listing, guaranteeing a high‑quality customer experience. - Maintain Seller Performance Metrics:
Track and maintain high eBay seller performance metrics such as feedback ratings, shipping times and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of vintage automotive parts and vehicles.
- Experience selling on eBay or similar online platforms (e.g., Craigslist, Offer Up).
- Ability to take high‑quality photos and write engaging, accurate product descriptions.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Oceanside, California (no more than 30–45 minutes).
