• Monday 9AM-6PM
• Tuesday 9AM-6PM
• Wednesday 9AM-5PM
• Thursday 9AM-6PM

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a dental setting is required.
• Certification: RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) is NOT required; we are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
• Soft Skills:
  
  A warm "bedside manner," strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people.
• Mindset: A team-player attitude and a willingness to learn our specific clinical workflows.

• Chairside Excellence:
  Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, anticipating needs to ensure a seamless flow.
• Patient Advocacy:
  Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel relaxed and informed throughout their visit.
• Clinical Prep:
  Set up and break down operatory rooms, maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Diagnostics:
  Take high-quality digital X-rays and dental impressions (training provided if needed).
• Record Keeping:
  Accurately document patient charts and treatment plans in the practice management software.
• Team Support:
  Collaborate with the front office and hygiene team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
