REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS- Attach current valid California Teaching Credential OR 30-Day Sub Permit.
- Attach TB skin test certificate read or risk assessment within the last 4 years.
- Attach fingerprint clearance receipt from the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) "Clearinghouse". This is different than the Certificate of Clearance you completed for your credential. No other fingerprint clearance will be accepted. (If you are already in the SDCOE Clearinghouse system, and do not have a receipt, please note that on application and it will be verified with the SDCOE.)
- AB2534 section must be complete.
- You must be fully credentialed OR have a 30-Day Sub Permit.
- Your credentials/permit MUST be registered with the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE).
- You must be in the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) clearinghouse fingerprinting database.
- Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
- We do not accept emailed, mailed, or faxed documents.
Please ONLY attach the requested documents to your application. IF ALL requirements have been met, and the required documents have been attached to your application, an invitation to attend a substitute employment orientation will be sent to the EdJoin email address provided on your application.
