• Prepare submittals for customer and engineering review.
• Review submittal responses and adjust bill of material for order placement.
• Create purchase orders and communicate job release requirements to vendors.
• Track delivery dates, maintain shipment summary, and coordinate timely delivery to job sites.
• Maintain project BOM and manage customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Quote change orders and project addition opportunities.
• Update freight claims & return material requests.
• Perform project close‑out financial review and address any open items.

• Utilize internal programs such as Eclipse & Job Management and navigate vendor tools.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, account managers, and project team members.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before submission to the client.
• Understand pricing strategy and billing procedures.
• Proactively identify issues, resolve them with the team, and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records for all active projects.
• Monitor and facilitate all Pro Logistics Services activities related to projects under management.
• Perform any other duties that contribute to customer service, profitability, and company success.

• Experience managing projects of $1M+ from start to finish.
• Ability to manage a book of projects, up to $20M in annual invoices.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Electrical Distribution or Construction industry (preferred).
• Proven ability to complete tasks and be detail‑oriented.
• Team player who upholds One Source core values and beliefs.
• Commercial experience in industrial sales with complex project management.
• Technical knowledge of Rockwell Automation and Allen‑Bradley product lines.
• Experience coordinating with switch gear manufacturers and OEMs/vendors.
• Electrical Engineering background strongly preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop other team members.

• Required to sit, speak, hear, read, type, and use close and distance vision for 5‑8 hours per shift.
• Works in a normal office environment with standard office equipment.
• Lightning and temperature are adequate; no hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
• Work is generally non‑sedentary but may require sitting for up to 15% of the time.

• Required to reside in California within commutable distance of a One Source location.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Exempt position; annual base salary of $74,200.00 - $ (full‑time, California).
