The City of Oceanside is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in the Development Services Department
- Engineering Division (Capital Improvement Projects). The incumbent will manage multiple capital projects, including the Ocean Pier concrete work and Beachfront Phase II improvements, and may supervise staff while focusing on project production and completion.
Responsibilities include preparing, issuing and managing RFQs/RFPs, bid requests, project study reports, and plans, specs and cost estimates.
