Job Description This exclusive team will aim to promote the Frontwave Arena, San Diego Clippers and San Diego Sockers brand throughout the community and engage with fans of all kinds. * ** personality**. Must be 18 or older, able to attend 85% of Clippers & Sockers home games and other events held at the arena, work nights and weekends and have reliable transportation. We seek people with some marketing experience and/or capable of engaging guests. Y
** ou will be responsible for handing out promotional material, assisting with mascot functions, selling and helping out with sponsored promotions, pumping up the crowd and having FUN!
** Frontwave Arena wants positive minded persons. You will be the fresh face of our promo team that will be responsible for interacting with fans and making sure they have a pleasant experience. If you have dance background, that’s a plus! You may be incorporated into skits and dances during the game.  Street Team    Get involved, share your passion, and help us grow the game by joining the Frontwave Arena Street Team (FAST)
** Responsibilities**-       Serve as the brand ambassadors throughout the community and on game days-       Represent Frontwave Arena and their sponsors in a fun and professional manner at all times-       Engage with fans at all home games by greeting fans, handing out promotional items, participating in promotional activities, and assisting with pre-game events-       Execute grassroots marketing promotions around the San Diego area-       Assist in the development of creative marketing ideas  -       Set-up, tear-down, and manage any interactive elements at community events  -       Serve as first impression of Frontwave Arena throughout the community  -       Maintain a positive image of Frontwave Arena
** Qualifications**-       Must be 18 years or older-       Valid driver's license-       Must be available for majority of games and events-       Knowledge of basketball and soccer, but not required-       Ability to communicate effectively-       Outgoing, motivated, enthusiastic, and confident-       Comfortable working in front of large crowds-       Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in diverse weather conditions-       Access to internet and reliable transportation-       Prior customer service, marketing, or sales experience preferred, but not required-       Must be proactive and organized-       Ability to work on a team and brainstorm creative idea)-       Flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to various situations (Evening and weekend work required)
** Compensation:**$20/hour  Pay will be bi-weekly based on hours worked at games and appearances attended. You may earn course credit, but must be pre-approved by University and Frontwave Arena staff.
