The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $20.00+ per hour, dependent on your experience, the quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. $16 to $20+ per hour. Paid vacation days, paid sick days, weekly bonus opportunities, paid weekly tips.

No Experience Required! We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You will delight customers with our simple system and can earn tips. Full‑time. No nights, no weekends, no holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00+ per week and more, paid weekly.

If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more. We provide a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, all training, all appointments, a housekeeper uniform, and a company car while you work.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process to delight every customer. Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a team lead, manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment.
• Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm.
• Bilingual preferred, not necessary; must be able to communicate with clients.
