Corporate Reporting Manager

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, health‑focused consumer goods company on the West Coast that is seeking a Corporate Reporting Manager to join its high‑performing Finance & Accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and self‑sufficient accounting leader who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of public accounting and public company experience, along with a calm, solutions‑oriented mindset.

This position offers a hybrid schedule with two in‑office days per week in Oceanside and the opportunity to make a significant impact during a critical phase of the company’s growth journey.

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 DOE

• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP‑compliant financial statements utilizing Active Disclosure.
• Serve as the main liaison for external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit process.
• Manage AR and GL functions, including oversight of an AR Manager, Collections Specialist, and Senior Accountant.
• Provide technical accounting leadership and ensure SOX‑compliant internal controls are maintained.
• Maintain and refine a 13‑week cash forecast model to support proactive cash planning.
• Oversee sales tax compliance and filings through Avalara.
• Contribute to ongoing finance system implementations, such as High Radius.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to align financial processes and reporting.
• Operate daily within Net Suite ERP and report to the Director of Corporate Reporting & Treasury.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of total accounting experience, including at least 3 years of people management.
• Experience in public accounting and/or with publicly traded companies.
• Proven track record within organizations generating $200M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit coordination, and financial disclosure processes.
• History of stable career progression with a focus on technical excellence.

• Familiarity with Net Suite or other major ERP platforms.
• Exposure to IPO readiness activities or experience in high‑growth CPG environments.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing small accounting teams.

• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite weekly preferred (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) in Oceanside, CA
• Preference for candidates located in Pacific or Central Time Zones
