The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, part of Hyatt, seeks a Director of Restaurants to manage the restaurant portfolio across Piper, The Café and In-Room Dining at two luxury Oceanside properties. You will own the P&L, develop managers, and partner with the leadership team to build a premier F&B division.
Reporting to the Area Director of Food & Beverage, you will set Forbes-standard service, drive budgets, forecasts, and menu strategy, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
