Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Location:

Madison, WI (on‑site; relocation assistance provided).

• Manage complex litigation across a broad range of legal areas, including regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other potential risk areas.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk and support the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other pleadings; conduct depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.
• Represent Epic in multi‑million dollar disputes, achieving favorable outcomes for the organization.
• Forge and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• J.D. with experience in risk mitigation, litigation drafting, oral arguments, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial work.
• Strong academic record and professional credentials.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, writing, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Creative thinking and a strategic mindset.
