Production Supervisor

A food manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily production, develop employees, and deliver safe, efficient operations.

• Own daily production schedules, staffing, equipment readiness, and workflow.
• Coach production employees and hold teams accountable for safety, quality, and output.
• Monitor labor productivity, yields, waste, and downtime; resolve production bottlenecks.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, allergen control, and GMP requirements.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams on operational issues and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records and support cost control.

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing or processing.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Experience managing production KPIs, staffing, and employee performance.
• USDA-regulated or SQF-certified facility experience preferred.
• Comfortable working on the production floor, including refrigerated areas, with overtime as needed.
