The role requires autonomous function and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and optimal outcomes for neonates.
The position requires a California RN license, BLS, and NRP with NICU experience; BSN preferred. On-call is not required, and weekend coverage may apply under the CBA.
