Bartender (Full-Time) - Valle Restaurant at JdV by Hyatt

Join award‑winning Chef Roberto Alcocer at Valle, a Michelin‑Star Guadalupe Valley Kitchen, to serve guests with bold cuisine and curated Mexican wines on a seaside veranda. Guests can enjoy a Chef’s tasting menu or a la carte, with special celebratory private dining for up to eight.

This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders and manning the bar area. The Bartender will prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment (Michelin Star preferred).
• 3+ years experience in F&B.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be available Tuesday – Saturday.
