Michelin star rated Valle restaurant is hiring experienced line cooks. We offer competitive and flexible wages based on experience. Line cook levels can go up to a level 5 for most experience.

Our hourly rates for Valle culinary positions we are hiring for start at range from $21.50 - $26.00 / hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

A line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. Looking for professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures who is capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.

  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant. Preferably Mexican fine dining.
  • Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
  • Able to work single station in the kitchen.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to take direction from leader on recipes and follow recipes.
  • Must have basic knife skills.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Must be available Tuesday-Saturday. Restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday.
