We are hiring experienced line cooks. Line cook levels can go up to level 5 based on experience. Candidates will:

• Perform all basic cooking skills.
• Work at a single station in the kitchen.
• Stand for long periods and work well under pressure.
• Take direction from leaders on recipes and follow recipes.
• Have basic knife skills and attention to detail.
• Be available Tuesday‑Saturday, as the restaurant is open those days.

• Good communication and culinary skills.
• 3+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably Mexican fine dining.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must have basic knife skills.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be available Tuesday‑Saturday.
