Break, cut, and prepare meat products, using hand tools and power equipment, in the variety, size, quantity, and trim prescribed;
Prepare meat products for display or as ordered by customers;
Work with customers to take special orders;
Work with Meat Clerks and Meat Manager to determine which items need to be cut.
