About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle while delivering an outstanding experience. You’ll work toward sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and represent a brand trusted by the San Diego community for decades.

Compensation

This position is primarily commission-based, with applicable minimum wage paid for non-sales work and rest periods.
Average annual earnings range from approximately $60,000 to $120,000, based on performance—plus bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Build relationships and create customers for life
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process
  • Become a product expert on vehicles, features, and technology
  • Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations
  • Follow up to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with Sales Management to meet objectives
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude
  • Ensure compliance with company, DMV, state, and federal requirements
Qualifications
  • High-energy, positive attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide paid training
