Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.

Team members earn commission for wellness plan sales and have the opportunity to earn up to $200+.

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients when they enter the studio.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a hassle‑free membership plan.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Be the first and last face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work as a team with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world.

• Ability to follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Enjoy talking and, more importantly, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• Turn every incident of client criticism into a story of great customer service.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred for selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer Service experience in a spa‑like or similar environment preferred; ability to distinguish value with hospitality and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments processed with easy‑to‐learn computer programs.
• Driven to create a best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients.

• Pay $16.50–$22 per hour depending on experience (incl. sales commission)
