Mira Costa College is building a pool of substitute community service officers. Assignments are part-time/on call/as needed at any district facility.
Under limited supervision, provide security patrols and safety checks for all campuses by vehicle, foot or bicycle on graveyard or weekend shifts; provide safety escorts; and perform related duties as assigned. Residency requirements restrict employees to California within 200 road miles of the district worksite, with some exceptions up to 12 months
