Pay: $32 - $36 per hour

BluCAL is a leading construction company specializing in high-quality reconstruction work. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and fostering a safe, collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Stucco and Concrete Laborer to join our team.

• Prepare surfaces for stucco and concrete application, including cleaning, scraping, and preparing mixes.
• Assist in the application and finishing of stucco on residential and commercial structures.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete for foundations, sidewalks, and other structures.
• Operate hand tools and power tools commonly used in stucco and concrete work.
• Set up and maintain scaffolding and work areas safely.
• Load and unload materials and move them around the job site as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and site regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Stucco Laborer, Concrete Laborer, or in a similar construction role.
• Working knowledge of stucco application techniques and concrete mixing ratios.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
