Maintenance - Level I

Maintenance – Level I (Oceanside, California)

• Perform mechanical repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, light carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping, irrigation systems, and other maintenance duties.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to meet property standards.
• Attend daily staff meetings and coordinate work schedules and vendor appointments.
• Communicate professionally with other workers, management, and staff on special projects.
• Keep common areas, grounds, and vacant lot free of debris and maintain irrigation systems.
• Move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, and operate equipment as required.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, and report maintenance concerns to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of technical work experience in irrigation repair, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or related fields.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to respond to after‑hours emergencies.

Estimated compensation:
Hourly $20.00 – $21.00.
