We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate optimally. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus. Your work will support seamless culinary operations and minimize downtime.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
• Install and calibrate ventilation and appliance systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot

• Refrigeration: walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines
• Cooking: ovens, fryers, steam kettles
• Ventilation & HVAC: exhaust hoods, rooftop units
• Sanitation: dishwashers, sanitation systems

Qualifications include CFC Universal and EPA 608 certifications, US work eligibility, willingness to relocate, COVID-19 vaccination, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
