Plumbing Installation Technician Lead

This Plumbing Installation Technician Lead role offers $40/hour plus install commissions, along with great benefits like:

You'll work full-time with a planned-out schedule that keeps your day focused and efficient. Each day, you'll have your projects lined up and ready to go. You'll start your day with a clear plan of installations to lead and complete. You'll handle a variety of projects, including installing water heaters, drains, and roughing in systems for residential and light commercial properties.

You'll work closely with our Install Managers and Warehouse Managers to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a lead, you'll guide team members on-site, keep communication strong with managers, and make sure daily goals are met.
