EMI Services is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Material Handling Laborer to become a part of our vibrant team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving tasks, managing customer deliveries, assisting with parts inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our projects as you collaborate with team members, internal personnel, and vendors.

Salary: $18.27/ hr. plus $4.93 fringe benefits used towards insurance and 401k!

• Following Material Coordinators direction
• Receive high volume of product
• Professionally handle parts requests
• Coordinate shipping requests
• Pick up and deliver product
• Keep Laydown yard clean and organized
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• PRACTICES WORKPLACE SAFETY in the use of tools, equipment, and supplies used in repair of HVAC equipment.
• Including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Valid driver's license compliant with REAL  or are you willing and able to obtain one
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Regular, dependable attendance
• U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain access to military installations

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Use of hands, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and walking
• Prolonged periods of sitting, bending, squatting, standing, twisting, or stooping
• Climbing ladders and entering confined spaces
• Lifting and adjusting heavy objects, contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment
• Work both indoors and outdoors in various temperatures (some extreme) and weather conditions
