This position involves working on a variety of healthcare projects, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients' medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnoses.
• Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Participate in continuous medical education to stay current with advancements in the field.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid state medical license to practice as an MD or DO.
• Demonstrated experience in providing primary care services in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism.

Monday-Friday, 8a-4p or 9a-5p

No call required

Setting:
Primarily outpatient, some inpatient

Will work with residents

Will oversee permanent improvement activities

EMR:
Allscripts, Athena, Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
