Overview

Home Advantage Physical Therapy seeks multiple motivated Physical Therapists to make home therapy visits in Long Beach, Island Park, Oceanside and surrounding areas. We are a rapidly growing, dynamic private practice that has been providing personalized quality therapy in patients' homes since 2008. We treat adult clients who may have mobility issues which make it too difficult to attend a traditional outpatient setting, or who may simply prefer the one on one expertise delivered in the privacy of their own home.

Our clients do not have to be "homebound" to receive our services, and we treat adults with a wide variety of orthopedic, general medical, cardiopulmonary and neurological conditions. Our leadership is extremely accessible to provide support to both our clients and therapists. As one of our independently contracted therapists, you have the freedom to accept or decline cases and you determine the areas where you will travel.

Visits are paid fee for service, and you ll receive the highest reimbursement in the area. Documentation is completed on user friendly WebPT with minimal time requirements. Select one case at a time or a cluster. The decision is yours! Cases are immediately available!

• Provide direct one-to-one treatment in patient homes with own transportation
• Evaluate patient s need for physical therapy and develop treatment plans with the goal of improving or restoring functional skills and independence

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• License to practice Physical Therapy or registered as Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current New York State Physical Therapy Registration and Malpractice Insurance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• New grads are welcome to apply
