Overview

Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – The Sands Shopping Center

Base pay range: $17.50/hr (range shown reflects starting pay). This role is seasonal/part-time and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and store standards with physical requirements including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products up to 50 pounds.
• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
