We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training for enterprise systems and IT applications. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical processes into clear, learner-centered training using eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats. Similar roles require hands-on development of interactive modules, job aids, assessments, and LMS-published content using tools such as Articulate 360.

• Design and develop eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Build interactive, media-rich training using Articulate 360
  , Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project stakeholders to convert technical workflows into clear learning objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate learning effectiveness through quizzes, knowledge checks, and practical assessments.
• Publish, maintain, and version-control courses within an enterprise LMS and cloud-based asset repository.
• Create storyboards, prototypes, and pilot-test content to improve learner engagement and usability.
• Manage multiple course-development projects while meeting timelines and providing status updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience, including course development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional-design methods such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
  ; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience developing and publishing training in an LMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, instructional writing, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT training projects simultaneously.

• Experience supporting enterprise or IT system implementations.
• Familiarity with UX principles for digital learning and virtual training platforms.
• Experience creating software simulations, videos, quick-reference guides, and blended-learning assets.
