Design and erect various types of scaffolds;
Act as a mentor and coach to the Scaffold E&D Carpenters to aid in their development;
Safely and effectively manage a small crew to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding under supervision;
Have a good knowledge and understanding of the various types of scaffolding material being used so that the intended loads of the scaffolding are not exceeded;
Maintain knowledge of the OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding.
