Pro Health Care is looking for a dedicated physician to join our team at the Oconomowoc clinic, part of Pro Health Medical Group (PHMG). In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to Family Medicine (FM) patients, ensuring a continuum of care for individuals and families within the community.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care within a team-based setting.
• Committed to serving a diverse patient population, including families, seniors, and individuals with complex medical needs.
• Collaborative and eager to work within a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide primary care services for Family Medicine patients, from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families, offering continuity of care and supporting their overall health journey.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.
