• Job Title: Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
• Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066 (Lake Country region)
• Healthcare Facility: 2E Med/Surg Unit (22 beds)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 7, 2025
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend & holiday rotation
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2100-$2250
• Float Requirements: May float to nearby healthcare facilities and similar Med/Surg units as needed
• Scrub Colors: Any

• Active Wisconsin RN license (Registered Nurse)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required (attach upon submittal)
• Associate Degree or Nursing Certificate required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care hospital
• At least one completed travel nursing contract preferred
• Recent Epic EMR charting experience (within past 12 months)
• Proficient in telemetry, cardiac drip management, and heart rhythm identification
• Willingness to train for and work as a charge nurse
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients (patient ratio up to 1:6)
• Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage cardiac drips, and identify heart rhythms
• Float to other Med/Surg units and healthcare facilities as needed
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
• Train for and fulfill charge nurse duties
• Document patient care using Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
• Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment
